I've only watched a couple of her game stream series back in the day so I never got to see any of the abrasive personality everyone seems to hate her for. I can still recommend her Undertale playthrough, she has the funniest reactions to the Papyrus date and visiting Napstablook I've seen.

The original design for Flare it close to Kronii in terms of being over the top sexualized coombait. A large boob window, tiny skirt, and visible panty strings was unusually sleazy even for Hololive. After the 2.0 redesign for Kaela, the 1.5 redesign for Ayame, and the graduation of Shion (who already hinted that she is going indie) it's not like Flare was the only talent that had issues with their original model.

Well some type of management disagreement turned HoloEN into a war zone in 2022 and 2023. The Cover NDA may keep talents from complaining about their model design, unless they want a 3 month "health" break, but there are signs this has been a long running complaint in all of Hololive (JP, EN, and ID). Astel, Vesper, Magni, and Aruran got redesigns so that has also been a recurring issue with Holostars.
