You're missing the point and being disingenuous. There are a lot of health problems that severely impact people but they don't beg for support, they just get on with life. No disorders with links or comorbidities with immune problems have good quality of life.
Psoriasis is ranked as having a worse quality of life than cancer patients. Despite that people act as if it's a mild skin disease.
Arthritis can get so bad that people can barely move and are always in intense pain. Yet it gets brushed off as mild joint ache.
Diabetes can be fatal and cause severe complications including constant pain and lead to amputation. People think it's just about watching how many cakes you eat.
MS is pretty much fatal and will slowly and irreversibly cripple people until they die, no miracles for them.
All these diseases that people treat as fairly common can have very severe outcomes, worse than anything Ironmouse has experienced, and of course can be fatal. Where are the millions of other vtubers begging for help? Why are you not helping them and defending them and giving them all your money?
The only difference is not severity, but that Ironmouse made it her whole brand and milked it for all it's worth.
