Their piss poor hiring system is really coming into effect as sexpests and talents not fit for long-term streaming are apparent. And their resolution to deal with major problems after the Selen situation by sweeping any controversy under the rug and not take drastic measures until its too late only adds to the turmoil. Niji is thriving in the JP market but that does not translate in the slightest for their western branch.
