I was going to say that this was one of the weirdest voice changer attempts with the overly high pitched levels, but after watching throughout the vod and jumping to find those commonalities that blow the whistle, I can conclude two things
Its either a very advanced voice changer, that understands how to do laughs and coughs (which the latest ones were incapable of doing, thus it was the most obvious tell there is), or it is a commendable job from the one using it to be capable of manipulating the on and off with such efficiency to not outright uncover that they are using a voice changer
Or, the alternative, this is indeed a woman, but it's just one woman forcing her vocals to the highest level for no good reason, since even in the coughs and laughs there were some appreciable moments of a deeper voice getting through

I’ve also been slacking recently for good reason, but yeah I’d personally attribute a lot to lesser effort on my part recently than usual. I haven’t been tweeting as much, YouTube shorts down, not networking, less streams, etc. pretty direct cause/effect as far as I see it.

I recommend you download a character creator from any game or those create your own character from that japanese website that I cant remember right now and just play around with designs until you find something you like, play around with your color scheme, hair and all that and see if you like the way or are or you would like to change things. Design is a very personal one and redesigns are something you need to see and digest before you can nail it down into something you love.

i agree with all the other anons that said you should scrap it and start back from scratch. a slushy vtuber is a hard concept to work with on itself, and most of your vroid models assets are the default ones, which is even worse. you dont look creepy, you look aimless and uninspired. if i wasnt told youre meant to be a slushy, id have no idea what your design is supposed to be.
for starters, you could try and settle down for a specific slushy flavor, the rainbow color palette doesnt favor you, and either work with an artist friend or do as this anon says >>101265578. try looking on pinterest and google images for characters with similar concepts. after settling down for a design, you should check out booth for vroid hairstyles, clothes and textures, plus youtube tutorials on how to make your model look more appealing and speed sculping videos.

One of the best tips I have for those looking for premade models to use is: choose something cheap (from booth, nizima or ko-fi), simple and with light colors in a art style you enjoy, use items and edit art meshes colors in VTube Studio to customise it to fit your OC design (you can use transparency to hide parts you don't need/want). Your OC wings, ears, tails and accessories don't need to be included in the premade model you buy, they are easy to get as free items. The most important thing to look for is the same vibe as your OC in clothes and hairstyles.
