The exact wording doesn't matter if it was understood to mean sexual favors by both parties. Saying it in more polite way does not protect you at all; most people would draw that conclusion so you'd have to argue it was a misunderstanding. There's a huge difference between flirting with a stranger and "do what I say or it could affect your job or your reputation," and the explicit threat doesn't really need to be there because he made a habit of doing this to coworkers, suggesting the job was a big part of his reason for trying.

This is actually really serious and you'd have to start litigation and get testimony to vindicate him, and really pray he had perfect conduct. If any of his friends or managers or any of the girls corroborate him making sexual comments or having sexual intentions, it is effectively proven.
