Fans aren't going to drop $100+ (more if they weren't going to originally go to AX) for just 2 songs, especially when some of them have bigger performances coming up.
I think Oshispark has the better idea: have a couple of headliners who share a connection take up most of the performance time, while having a couple of smaller performers for an opening act. Anything more would just eat into everyone's screentime.
