Honestly it was retarded of them to load up the concert with so many Whos (some of which have 0 NA fanbase) and DJs, and then admit straight away that they'll only be performing 2 songs each, especially when none of these vtubers have any sort of connection to each other. Fans aren't going to drop $100+ (more if they weren't going to originally go to AX) for just 2 songs, especially when some of them have bigger performances coming up.
I think Oshispark has the better idea: have a couple of headliners who share a connection take up most of the performance time, while having a couple of smaller performers for an opening act. Anything more would just eat into everyone's screentime.
