My hands are tattooed so you could identify me based on that, but you could just as easily say why aren't they allowed to show their face. You can't dox them off that. Or why are they allowed to talk, you could dox them off that. It obviously has nothing to do with doxxing. It has to do with them being vtubers and not e-girls.

I actually like the no-skin policy (prevents them from attention whoring with fancy nails, and prevents fans from cooming too hard), but this wrist tech seems like a nice compromise between lewd and seiso.
