I am done checking on Nina and her main problem seems to be that she can not convert exposure into viewers.
She needs some kind of hook that gets more normies interested in her as a person so they tune back in to check on her. Her singing and skills with instruments are a major highlight, but don't draw enough of a crowd that sticks around for her to start her show.

Thanks for your input. Personally I believe vtubers should try to ease off gaming, ease off discord/Twitter, and try to encourage VOD watching, and also rebroadcast watching.
As it stands twitch is barely used. When I buy a DVD I watch it to death. When a vtuber goes live it's expected to only watch live while busy doing chores, and then never touch the vod.
Vtubers are treated as background noise.
Until vtubers can be as valuable as movie for viewing pleasure they should all retire and move to their appropriate discord cliques. Twitch shouldn't be a place for e-celeb tabloid mongering.

I disagree based on Nina's content. Her singing is great and she should capitalize on it. Youtube is obviously the perfect place to do so. But she needs more general exposure to make people listen to her songs on youtube. If she can do that, she has won because the algorythm will keep pushing her. Music also does really well with female viewers.
Twitch is for live broadcasts. Youtube is for vods. simple as.
