So you are just gonna sit there, remove her channel and private her Twitter account, and then say nothing?

Your strat is... odd Nijisanji English. I know Twisty is a 2view and no sisters expect or want her to come back, but come on, have some self-respect as a Japanese corpo will ya?

Is there a rule you need to announce someone's been terminated?

Niji already said they've completely given up on en and are more or less just letting the branch be to see if it somehow recovers itself or not, and drama in that shithole wouldnt really affect the stock after they already anounced that.

I believe shareholders have to be notified, thus some form of public announcement must be made if the company is publicly traded

I guess the new strat when someone's been terminated is to just quietly delete their channel and pretend they never existed. Probably an attempt to avoid more negative PR.

In the grand scheme of things, both are nothingburgers. EN is done. The branch is so toxic it wont grow significantly, and anyone who has a thermocline that would push them to leave is already long gone.

Let's dispense with the shitposting and be real for a second: It's widely believed that your average nijifan is
>Female
>Under the age of 25
>Performatively woke
>Demonstrably apolitical
>Kind of a fucking idiot

Why would this caricature give a single fuck about any of this so long as the bishies in her phone keep giving her the good brain chemicals? EN as a branch has been dead for at least a couple years now, to the extent that they don't even show up on earnings reports anymore iirc. Of course they're going to memoryhole this. Twisty dug her own grave repeatedly by alienating anyone likely to support her, and if there's one thing I imagine gross JP business dicks love, it's sekuhara and general sexpesting. Why the fuck would they do anything to Aster at all, when the best thing to save face is do nothing?

And ALL of this is besides my personal rrat that the 'clique' is effectively just NijiEN management because Riku was too fucking cheap to actually hire translators or real professionals. The strat isn't odd at all, it's the only logical conclusion.

Apparently there is still a civil case against Narukami (they lost a case but that was a criminal one) so until that is settled, she (or the company) doesn't have plans for her to officially go back

But in the meantime Anycolor can milk any remaining relevance from her by selling her voice pack
Anonymous No.101300040
This is probably the best way Nijisanji could have handled this entire situation. She technically broke NDA twice, but if she had to break NDA to report harassment going on behind the scenes then that makes her a whistleblower, putting the company in an awkward spot.

Given the sitution, if we were stuck managing NijiEN. The best course is terminating Twisty, which is what she wanted, under the condition she doesn't talk about her time in NijiEN anymore, while at the same time not making it public for the reasons you stated and waiting out sex pet's contract and not giving him a big farewell, to just sweep it all under the rug.

That's literally what they wanted from her. They wanted her to sign a forever NDA barring her from ever accusing Aster of being a sex pest, from ever accusing Niji of having protected him in spite of complaints from herself and others, and from ever claiming that she had filed a complaint against him in the first place. There were probably other strings attached which she would have had to agree to in exchange for her departure from the company being called a "graduation," almost certainly including no guarantee that they wouldn't write a dozen pages in her "graduation" announcement telling the world why they think she sucks
I can't help but wonder how many tens of dollars they offered her in exchange for her silence

NDA's can't prevent anyone from leaking information if that information is about the company breaking the law which sexual harassment is, she can drop all the recordings and chat logs she has under her possesion about how pushy these fags are towards the girls and she would be on the right legally, niji is the one cooked here.

>You are an entertainment company, whose profits depend directly on your public image
>One of your talents accuses other talent of inapropriate behaviour
>You hide both talents and tell the public that you are doing an investigation
>six months pass
>You delete everything related to the whistleblower, she is already doing independent streams
>The accused is still looking for the ingredients
for his cooking stream
>No comment on the investigation
In the best case scenario you look like a weak bitch who is so afraid of public reaction that you would rather not say anything, in the worst case you are shielding a rapey 2view in your company.
