Ren isn't soft suspended. He has both ageing family that he's trying to make memories with and child aged family that he's helping raise. It's very likely he's on an important trip. If he were soft suspended, he wouldn't be allowed to rebroadcast (otherwise the others would've done this too).
Ren and Wolfychu were never married, but they were engaged at one point. Their relationship was strained pre-niji. They're adults with different goals at this point in their lives. They're very professional about what happened between them because they share an audience and web cartoon venture, but Ren getting into the company when Wolfy didn't after they applied at the same time was probably the nail in the coffin, not any behavior while employed. If something did happen with Maria, which in all honesty is unlikely because Ren has stated multiple times that he's looking for a serious relationship at this point in his life and that he wants kids, it would've been well after he was already single.
Ren is a golden boy. He functions well in a corporate setting, knows what he wants and realistically what he can have, and can promise results. He doesn't interact with others outside his wave much. It would be very hard for him to become suspended.
