[Regarding the Yashio Hihokan incident]
Regarding the video of the tour of the museum that I posted the other day, the director of the Yashio Hihokan pointed out the following on his blog:
- I interviewed without permission
- I recorded audio without permission
- The manager's contact was rude
I would like to explain my understanding and the circumstances of this matter after consulting with my agency ANYCOLOR.
- Regarding the matter of interviewing without permission
Regarding this, the director said, "I think he is active on YouTube," "If you intend to make a video, you can do so (as he is a photographer, commercial use is possible if it is a video, not a photo)," and "There is nothing to hide, so you can film anything," so I took advantage of his kindness and filmed the video.
The visit itself was within the scope of my hobby, and I went there with the light-hearted intention of making a video if I was given permission to film there. As a result, I deeply regret that I did not give enough consideration or explanation in advance, which led to confusion.
We also told the director at the time that we would not have filmed the event without his permission, and that we would have simply observed the event.
- Regarding the unauthorized audio recording
We started recording the audio after the director said, "As a YouTuber, shouldn't you start filming now?" We did not record or use any audio before the recording.
In addition, the blog states that the director "hid his smartphone," but that was not our intention at all.
The director's friend, who was also present, said, "You can't show your face, but you can make your voice," so we held up our smartphone in front of him and filmed the event, which we used in the video.
However, we are very sorry that the director was left with the impression that he had been "recorded without permission" and that he was uncomfortable.
- Regarding the rude contact from the manager
Below is a brief summary of the relevant exchanges.

The director released the first blog. After that, we received a message from the director saying, "I have published the blog, but if there are any problems, please let us know."
6/19 (Thu)
The director released the second blog (no prior notice about this)
After that, her agency ANYCOLOR asked her to "please consider deleting any parts of the blog that may lead to personal information," which is what led to this matter.
Due to the nature of Vtubers, we sometimes ask for consideration in how information is handled, and we would like to apologize again for the discomfort caused to the museum director and other related parties due to our insufficient explanation.
The video in question is currently private and we are in the process of cutting out the parts related to Yashio Hihokan, so we would appreciate it if you could wait for a while until this is completed.
Also, please refrain from any actions that cause inconvenience to Yashio Hihokan as a result of this matter.
