Mito made a response tweet, saying all of this are due to miscommunication between the Mito crew and the museum staff. As for the rude accusation, she explained that due to her nature of being a VTuber, all of her personal infos must be kept secret no matter what, so Anycolor requested the staff to heavily edit the museum blogs that could potentially contain the infos, which came out as rude to the staff apparently (they probably got offended because Anycolor is accusing them of doxxing her or something)

As a result, the Hihokan video is taken down and will edit out the interview part. She also tweeted at the end: "Although I was kindly given perms to interview you, I'm sorry for all of this commotion"

Regarding the video of the tour of the Hihokan that I posted the other day, the director of the Yashio Hihokan wrote on his blog,

Regarding the case of conducting an interview without permission

Regarding this, the director of the museum told me "I think you might be active on YouTube," "If you intend to make a video, you can do so (as he is a photographer, he can use videos rather than photos for commercial purposes)," and "There is nothing to hide, so you can film anything you like," and so I took advantage of his kindness and filmed the video.

The visit itself was just for fun, and I was hoping to make a video if I could get permission to film there. As a result, there was a lack of consideration and prior explanation, which has led to confusion, and for that I deeply regret.
We also told the museum director at the time that if we had not received permission, we would not have made a video and would have simply observed the exhibit.

Regarding the unauthorized recording of audio

Regarding the audio, we started recording after the museum director said, "If you're a YouTuber, shouldn't you start filming now?" We did not record or use any audio prior to the recording.
Also, although there was a statement in the blog that I had "hidden the smartphone," that was never my intention.

A friend of the museum director, who was also in attendance, said, "We can't show our faces in the video, but we can use our voices," so we held up our smartphone in front of him and filmed his voice, which we used in the video.
However, we sincerely apologize for giving the director the impression that the conversation had been recorded without permission and for the discomfort this may have caused.

Regarding the rude contact from the manager

Below is a brief summary of the relevant transaction flow.

After the visit and interview, the manager will contact you to confirm that you have given permission to use the video on the spot.
