It is better to make a name as a big indie and get recruited by a talent scout! They have likely already decided who they want for the next gen and they want to scalp ideas from the auditions! Their privacy policy that you digitally sign gives them legal permission to steal your idea, my friends are heart-broken, Cover is a big corporation! They do not care about your hopes and dreams!

Both of their interests and favorites were used for Shiori, Nerissa, and FWMC specifically, as well as lore stuff for CC, my advice is don't give Cover your personal info, get big as an indie, copyright/trademark your character and lore, and then if you get recruited, get in that way, unless they ask you to apply after you have garnered a huge following, get receipts and a large amount of people to watch you to vouch

I didn't say they stole FWMC's design, they stole their exact interests and personality traits that they had planned for their twin characters, even their favorite anime, which was relatively obscure, and it was because they mentioned in the audition that their tastes were considered to be based... goal-shifting is a thing on here tho

You don't need to be a large indie to do this, it's not expensive to copyright things. Having said that you're not going to be able to claim character's interests and favourites as your own intellectual property and likely not the lore either if it's generic enough. All three things together you might have a small chance but it's unlikely.
