Use an anti-perspirant, not just a deodorant. Deodorant just makes you smell better but doesn't address the root issue of the environment existing. Apply this before you go to bed and when you wake up. During the day as needed.
Use proper anti-bacterial soap, not scented goop that they sell you at super markets.
Exfoliate weekly. Bacteria can eat your dead skin to sustain itself. Shaving your arm pits and your dick and balls can help since lots of dead skin gets stuck in the hair. Shaving also exfoliates those areas.
Stop eating onions. Avoid spicy foods. There's a reason why indians always reek of curry.
