Then no sisters complain since they already hate her for it and the only person who can take down Aster is no more without direct involvement

They understand that Njiisanji has a mostly female audience, a lot of which are keyboard warriors who will do anything to protect their favorite male talent. Not only do they get rid of Twisty completely hands-free (except Aster's hands) with minimal pushback on their decision, but this also sets a precedent to all other female talents. If they speak up, the sisters are coming from them. Doxxing, slander, online harassment. All on the table of possibilities. If you come after their beloved sexpest, your name will be as good as mud. Both internally and externally.

What they do with Aster next is up in the air, but they perfectly set up Twisty's termination. Because if you try to defend her publicly, you're defending a labeled racist in everyone's eyes.

I dont think it was that well co-ordinated. It came out of nowhere, and Anycolor sat on their termination notice for an entire week. It was only sheer luck that the video spread and got a lot of views, to the point where Twisty herself had to intervene and release two statements. There's also the fact that Twisty's "wife" seemed to be a low 2view, and the indie scene is just as full of snakes in the lower end as it is in the higher end. With how the "wife" refused to speak ill of Anycolor in the clip, it appeared like she was holding it over Twisty's head as blackmail like if she were to ever leave the company. Not to mention it's Twisty, there's no way they weren't complicit or equally menhera to be friends for that long.
Granted, I'm not saying that Anycolor isn't thankful that the leak came out either. It's a good excuse as any to give her the axe, even though she didn't say it on stream and it was during a mental breakdown in the fall. Plus they wouldn't have to announce that they're axing her over leaking confidential secrets twice so they get to save face. Not that Twisty herself seems to gives two shits since she seemed happy to be out of the company, still a shame that its just the loss of a great second outfit and cute 1.0.
