I'm fine with using emulators to do your streaming, but some of the chuubas that appear in my feed are legit scumming every jump or enemy or dialogue choice they get past. If you're gonna do a retro game, you gotta be willing to take the hits that come with it. Find yourself a girl that forcibly plows through every NES Mega Man game without a single save state even when she accidentally closes her emulator window.

i remember following a cute vtuber for a couple weeks, then she did that and it immediately killed the stream for me.
also it deprives us of getting to see them really struggle and possibly crash out if they're bad enough
