I don't know enough about gg to say anything, but Kronii and Mori started off trying to be tomboys but eventually sort of got forced back into the whole idol girly girl fields.
I think Japan treats Mori as a tomboy considering her perception over there is as the cool rapper reaper, but anyone who understands her just sees her as a cute dork.

Thinking about it now, I think the closest thing HoloEN has to a tomboy (barring GG who I know nothing about) would be Shiori. Girl's STEM as hell, loves going outside and fucking around with nature, and owns all kinds of shit that'd make girly girls freak out like her microscopic parasite collection.
She's not much of a jock or anything, but the only thing girly about her is her fashion tastes. Even moreso now that she's openly palling around with the bros.

In the end though they're nothing compared to the indies who don't have to worry about fitting the idol mold.
Doki is the obvious best example. She's the closest thing to a brotuber that exists despite not being a dude. She's terrible at all the usual female vtuber things like singing, dancing, asmr, fashion, etc. Plays almost exclusively male-dominated games like shooters, hangs out with guys like it's nothing, does her best to minimize sex appeal with her branding (though that drives her fans even crazier about her), and even has quite a few stories from when she used to be a jock.
