For those who don't know, it's a series of matches between teams who wish to face one another - there is no global competition, you either win or lose against one opponent and that's it. Death Stranding is a monument to Kojima's ego.
Kojima became obsessed with wanting to be a Hollywood movie writer. So he created a game with 1 hour cutscenes separated by long boring walking sections without gameplay. It's highly pretentious and based around his own ego.

Another strange thing about Kojima is that he always uses white characters and seems to be a Westaboo, except he's simultaneously a total japanese chauvanist who thinks japan is better than everything else.

This has always made me laugh at Kojima's games, he always paints the US as this evil empire trying to rule the world (nothing too far from reality to be honest) but he paints Japan and Japanese culture as flawless and proud to come from it, he has never ever criticized any aspect of his country, and it makes even more sense when you take into account that his father was a veteran of WWII (he probably raped Korean women and beheaded some Chinese peasants)

Maybe that will help your throat. I can't offer much advice since I don't really use my voice like you entertainors do, I hope it helps. And I think I already gave the advice that I heard from a heavy metal lead singer, he says he drinks water all throughout his performance to protect his vocal cords. He swears by it. Maybe that will help you too.
