Eh, I felt like I got all of the major times the title changed. Maybe some short periods of /voms/ without pika or other transition periods, but it's definitely my own experience and bias.
It's always been a thread for the person currently streaming as Henya as the core in one form or another. Strip that out and you're left with a bunch of hyper-niche (for EN) JP-only streamers that definitely can't sustain a thread.
This current iteration feels like it has more legs and has more of an old /voms/ vibe.
