Failing shareholders expectations again and again isn't in anyway a good thing, especially when you and your friends don't own the majority of the common shares. Whilst a hostile takeover is a possibility it is unlikely as of now considering that revenue is still trending up so shareholders aren't that pissy even if some things don't work out.
