NijiEN is dead. They fucked up so badly last year with Selen's termination that the entire branch is effectively worthless now, no company on the EN side wants to get within 50 yards of them, and their two most popular talents Pomu and Selen left the company in tears and are now wildly successful indies. NijiEN lost years worth of subs and viewer growth due to mass unsubs and it escaping into the mainstream.
It has no hope of recovery, especially since Mint (Pomu) is really close with HoloEN now and a common sight on streams, and they can't encroach on anything in the western streaming side due to Dokibird (Selen) being an omnipresent figure there.

I also wouldn't take anything mori says at face value. She's done this before. There's about as many points speaking for holo as there are against so that's just up in the air.
From Brave I only know Mono, whom I've known from her PL. She still interacts with her friends and sometimes even streams on her PL account, so all these measures are unnecessary.

From what I've seen of Tanya, she doesn't particularly care much about fame or things that are usually out of reach for indies. This year in particular she's made huge steps towards getting merch, con appearances, sponsorships, and so on, so that alone is not worth joining a corpo for since she was well on her way to do that as an indie anyway. If she says she got an opportunity, it has to be an actual large scale life changing kind of deal that can ensure a better quality of life for herself and her family, and there's not many options that can grant her that, least of all a no-name startup. I'm still rooting for hololive, if only because the timing and all the same signs CC showed are here again with her.
