I noticed that at the start they have to get recommended by youtube first. Playing the same game seems to be the most likely option.

This is unironically almost never applied, mainly because the karaoke rule is never applied because of the detection system, since that system takes the instrumental as the one to detect, so it basically depends of where are you taking the instrumental or if it’s close to the OG. At most, the thing I have seen happen is the red bar, which basically just mutes that part from the vod, although from my own experience the red bar activates with fucking anything, sometimes like the Star Wars games use the songs and it auto detects it and mutes it.
