It really depends. Newer gens would probably have an easier time since they are new and not everyone is subbed to them, I remember FWMC getting 1M pretty quickly, but they also farmed really hard towards the end. For Kiara since she has been around since the beginning of EN, most people are already subbed to her. So the only way to get more is the scraps of people that havent subbed for some reason, or actually breaking out of the bubble of people that already know of her / Hololive.
