It is more clear by Matara, GEEGA and unironically before Nyan, that VShojo as a middleman is fucking useless if you actually do stuff. As Matara said, her experience truly was that companies will promise you the world, and they won't deliver because their word is more "We will look at it" rather than knowing truly.
They slow down the process, and thus we get shit like the Minecraft Server. Maybe is due to the low staff, maybe is due to abilities, but it does make sense why Matara pushed for something and was eventually fired. And GEEGA eventually quitting.

VShojo truly, can only recover by hiring fucking morons that don't realize how to do the job by themselves, but this will likely result in talents stressing and eventually thinking of quitting.

I don't know if Zen is leaving, maybe, maybe not because she seems to be the only one hanging out a lot with Geega and Matara after it was decided that they would leave or get fired. Hopefully not but Mouse pretty much ignored Mata and Geega since then so it's obvious that she knew.

That depends heavily on the culture and market you're in. The reason Cover was able to do what they did was in part due to the Japanese media culture being different. Most talents or celebs stick to the same agencies they started out with and usually for decades. Some contracts last for 30 years or longer.
It's really when you try to do the same in the West that things start breaking down. HoloEN mass graduation is proof of that, and they are dealing with the same problem that VShojo has with retaining people. The problem of talents joining, absorbing viewers and leaving after.
That said, individual talents will never be able to achieve what a major group can. No matter how talented Gura is, she'll never get another collab or sponsor with Dodgers as an indie.
The point of joining a group is to build on that group brand and eventually achieve what individuals cannot. People who leave quickly have their eyes on the short term profits, but it's difficult to get the unity brand going if people keep leaving and distrust grows within the group.
People point to Mouse and blame her for not raiding or doing stuff with the other members all the time, but can you really blame her for that if she is seeing these people who she is supposed to share her viewers and brand with leave one after another after getting what they wanted?
