It is easier to stick to a routine then to get into a routine. It's hard I know I have had similar things happen before were I stop doing something for a few days for a reason and then I cant push myself to do it anymore.
The only advice I would have to give her is that making an attempt at a routine is the best way to ease back into it. Shoot for the schedule but dont count the day as a wash if she misses.

that was one specific argument we had like... 3 years ago. that the added detriment of not just canceling the stream but having us wait is that we won't be able to catch the next one. we're basically wasting time being awake while she sleeps.

I disagree. It isn't a positive to stream again unscheduled as kiki seems to believe. You are basically double fucking any champ that waited for hours. First you fuck them by delaying a scheduled stream by hours and then canceling, second you fuck them by then streaming it unscheduled with no warning (one hour doesn't count) in insane-o hours where any champ that waited would be asleep. Making them miss the stream. Kiki basically perfectly engineered a way to screw over any fan that patiently waited for her. That's not a positive. If you can't stream scheduled or with enough forewarning, don't stream at all. It is unprofessional and it screws over any champ that actually waits for delayed streams. Eventually champs like me will just stop caring after being screwed like this and go to bed anytime a stream is delayed (as you run the risk of missing the real stream if you do). It's just not smart, and it's also unfair to fans to do this. It subconsciously trains us to ignore delays and not wait (as you get punished for doing so) and it's unfair because missing an unscheduled stream is not the fault of the fan for missing it but the streamer. If I missed a scheduled stream that's on me for not making time for it. If I miss a stream unscheduled stream but with significant forewarning on it that is also on me for not noticing the update. But If I miss a stream unscheduled with no warning about it that's on kiki. That's unfair. Not positive in any way.

It subconsciously trains us to ignore delays and not wait (as you get punished for doing so) and it's unfair because missing an unscheduled stream is not the fault of the fan for missing it but the streamer. If I missed a scheduled stream that's on me for not making time for it. If I miss a stream unscheduled stream but with significant forewarning on it that is also on me for not noticing the update. But If I miss a stream unscheduled with no warning about it that's on kiki. That's unfair. Not positive in any way.
