I still have hope for VShojo because unity between Mouse, Henya, and Michi is strong. Henya and Michi both seem to try to promote the brand when they can and give the Nova's exposure. And Henya will do stuff like intentionally not stream if it will overlap another member's birthday or special event. Michi once shilled every item on the VShojo store, and said she'd only leave VShojo if it became totally evil. As long as VShojo continues to provide the three of them with management and merch support they won't leave and I think the same also goes for Ama. The only problem is finding an actual way to grow the company, and find people who don't want to use it like a springboard given how easy it is to leave.
