Better designs, worse rigging. That seems to be the status quo.

Dooby's design is relatively simple, the black and white hair streaks aren't too distracting, and her conductor cap has a similar silhouette as Ame's detective cap and isn't overly detailed either.
Saba's design has way too much going on with her hair, and the cat/fox ears stand out even more, all of it together making her silhouette massive relative to her figure, a huge departure from Gura's design.
