They went public in 2023, so I guess on the plus side, the company got more solid and professional. But on the flip side, it lost a lot of its charm.

As some of the girls said cover and hololive as a whole became really big. And for some it works out and for others it doesnt and to me thats understandable.
I felt like early cover was definitely a lot more dynamic in what they allowed the girls but as they grew bigger it became a lot harder. I would not be surprised to see more graduations as some girls move on.
Unless cover decides to change up their policies and allow some more freedom(which may honestly speaking probably won't happen)
