NTA but because you said you wanted constructive feedback I will give it to you. This model looks less like it's used for vtubing and more like it's an attempt to create someone's OC in Second Life. From the get go the shade of red used on the body is much too saturated. From the looks of it you're supposed to be a Japanese oni but that's not coming across with the garish blue skull graphics shirt. This just adds unnecessary clutter to your design and is a pain to look at. The idea of having a gradient on your extremities might have worked in theory but going for a dangerously cheesy shade of orange makes you less like an intimidating monster and more like you had an accident at the Krafts factory. The face looks widely disproportionate with your nose being way too long and your mouth being way to small. On a surface level this looks like a 3D model that was shot in different positions to make it seem as if it's Live2D but I can't tell because the level of detail on every seperate item varies. The horns look detatched from your head which might not have been an issue had you had hair to hide the fact. The decals and imagery seem like they're thrown in haphazardly without any rhyme or reason other than the fact it looks Japanese ergo it's cool. I'm not even going to touch the tactical stuff. My final thoughts are this: Simplify your design, hard. Try to get a baseline idea of what you're going for and add a few elements to make it stand out. Have an actual sense of aesthetics you want to go for. This design is doing too much and screaming too loud for it to be taken seriously. A buff oni vtuber is a good start. Don't overload it with superfluous elements.
