I heard the absolute worst is those powder juice things you have to disolve. Soda is bad too, anything that isn't pure water so your body can actually use the water to filter all the things that needs filtering.

First time I suffered from a kidney stone I was in Disney World. I was waiting in line for Slinky Dog Dash and I felt achy and it was just turning into pain on my right side. I decided to ride Slinky Dog even though I thought it was my appendix and I could die. Honestly I felt some minor comfort when riding it. Then I went back to my hotel and took a ambulance to the hospital. Because I wasn't sure how I felt I just went home, but I got a free pass until 2029.
