This is 1 week before their shareholder meeting. They will have to report about him before that just like how Cover reported about the Prime status before the meeting

Keep an eye on weekends or Friday 4PM JST. Something like this will be announced to dodge the stock movement

Do you think ANYCOLOR is dumb enough to say that he is innocent because Twisty is a bad girl so her accusations are invalid and end the investigation?

Anon, his 3D was skipped as they quickly moved on to Xsoleil 3D lineup

He will leave, but not in a Twisty way, and instead he will probably be given an "honorable discharge" kind of graduation. They will write a letter explaining that he "voluntarily graduated" and they accept his proposal, and then everything will move forward

They've seemed to learn from their mistakes since the outrage over Twisty's termination has fizzled out.

Said investigation went like this:
>Aster, did you do it?
>Maaaaaybe...?
>Okay you're good, just lie low for a while.

Not mentioned enough that the date is both the anniversary of Iluna and when Koshien takes place. Does someone have the participant list?
Last I checked Aster, Twisty and Reimu were the only ones in EN who were not announced for Koshien.

What if they don't. The prime thing was a fiduciary obligation Aster isnt. In fact I'm sure a lot of investors would be happy if he was never mentioned again

Considering how different this was from previous delays (they did their normal "until 1st of next month" pushback first, then pushed it again to July 24th just a few days later) I fully expect something to happen, but whether it's the end of his contract and they'll silently nuke his channel, or he comes back as if nothing happened is still up in the air imo.

>Keep an eye on weekends or Friday 4PM JST.
Worth noting is that the weekend after next is a 3-day weekend, since July 21 (Marine Day) is a bank holiday in Japan. Also worth noting is that that weekend is the weekend betwixt Rosepeto and Iluna's anniversaries, and also the weekend before Koshien.
So if they do anything this month, it'll most likely happen on July 18 at market close.

Yeah, pretty much. They'll just take the template they used for Bon and Kunai to make it look like Aster's graduation is solely due to contract expiration and non-renewal, as it's pretty much the only way they can get rid of him without publicly acknowledging the elephant in the room.
The price they'll have to pay to keep it permanently swept under the rug, is that they won't be able to run an anti-Twisty black screen during Ruru's debut stream.

We'll have to wait and see if they'd rather (try to) keep their malfeasance hidden from anyone who could bonk them for it, or if they'd rather punish Lulu/Ruru for daring to continue being a vtuber after they fired her - they can't do both, and they probably know it.

He's getting free with a slap in the wrist the same way Diddy is getting away with it lmao

But at what cost?

>>101859418
Cosby might be a better comparison than Diddy, because Diddy got punished at all for his buggery, while Cosby technically did not (Cosby DID get punished, but his conviction was nullified due to a 5th Amendment violation)

Like Cosby, Aster will technically go unpunished. Albeit for vastly different reasons - Cosby was set free because his conviction was based on compelled testimony, while Aster was never formally punished in the first place.
And like Cosby, Aster's career is pretty much over. Everybody knows the allegations against him are 100% true, and nobody in the industry will voluntarily give him so much as the time of day ever again.

Nobody is dumb enough to think the waiting room is a serious obligation and the company will be forced to act around it. He just won't show up.

They don't care about Twisty they just want her out of their hair. She's pretty much irrelevant I think her "white screen" stream was under a thousand people? Their best play is to quietly release Aster and hope Twisty doesn't sue them in US court.

>The price they'll have to pay to keep it permanently swept under the rug, is that they won't be able to run an anti-Twisty black screen during Ruru's debut stream

The framing of this as if they were gritting their teeth in staying the executioner's blade against Twisty is hilarious to picture.

It was something like 6K CCV IIRC? She managed to mog Reimu's outfit stream (I kneel to her pettiness on this), but the reception to it was rather cool, to put it mildly.

We're never seeing Aster again.
Twisty came back for the anniversary because she still had good PR.
Aster is a sex pest and they'll never let him see the light of day again.

I'm glad I could give you a chuckle. And it's a full circle, since your description of your mental image gave me a chuckle.
But they still have not officially said or done anything to intentionally damage her reputation, apart from actually publishing the termination notice. And the rules of Saving Face™ require them to damage her reputation to "get even" with her for her damaging their reputation.
The leak of her racist comments doesn't count, because it wasn't leaked by Niji themselves; or if it was, there's too many layers of separation between the account which posted the link and any Anycolor-adjacent accounts for it to count as them damaging her reputation and it's much more plausible that Ruru herself leaked it to use her termination as an emergency exit, although this is also unproven
>>101873135
They're waiting on a time or way that they can get rid of him without having to acknowledge that they knew he was being a sex pest, and also without having to acknowledge that they punished Twisty for being a whistleblower. This (plus the fact that she hasn't redebuted yet) is also why they haven't done a black screen against her yet.

Aster is one of a dozen sex pests in the company, they never dd anything about the others, they wont do anything to Uki even though he did the same thing they claim they're firing Twisty for
Just accept that they genuinely dont care if their male talents rape, murder, butcher and eat women, they only care about how it affects their bottom line
