Instead of looking at the raw number on the screen, it's more important to look at where the audience is coming from.
If she has a low number, but the number is all EU, that's good. Because that's helping the company break into a new market, rather than just harvesting the old market over and over.

Lower numbers might indicate a lack of appeal to Japan and SEA, but why should every single vtuber have the same appeal? If she's European she's probably going to appeal more to Europeans. Which means she might have lower numbers, and yet be indispensable, since she's cracking into a new market and bringing new people to the table.
