It affects all devices connecting through the wifi.
Connecting my phone to my router as a VPN server (so technically it's connected via my router but not by through the wifi but the 4G or 5G) doesn't have the issue, so it's a WiFi thing, but dunno what exactly and why.
The only thing that changed in the past week was a new device that when turned off doesn't solve the issue.

I think it's encrypted since it's vpn and wifi only
when still using the router as the vpn server but connected through the wifi the issue is still there,
when switching to 4G/5G and using router as the VPN server then it's fine.
It's just buffering the video over and over for 10-15 seconds or sometimes not loading it ever.
WiFi signals are good, there are no other wifi networks in proximity
should work good but it just doesn't, weird stuff

At first I was disappointed with the Anniversary Stream.
She hadn't been streaming for so long so it must've been in preparation of this one, right?

Why are you up in arms over this? There are several reasons it hasn't sold out and it's not just your numberfagging an excuse to shit on CC. First of all it's a bed time to debut merch as it happened in the same pay cycle for AFO tickets. Next, despite her merch being only $5 more than GG, it had almost $40 more in shipping+tariffs. Lastly, the tariff situation has fucked over Americans to the point buying merch if a risky since you never know when Orange Gorbachev will raise tariffs to 300% between now and December.

Wrong. He is only here to shit-stir and has no real argument that can be expanded beyond vague single sentences. Not very different from the "Axiology" argument. For instance, if not selling out limited merch were an issue they could always extend the deadline. It may push back the shipping date but there is precedent for this with one of Kronii's past merch runs. The real solution is to not engage with these types, especially when they use language such as "dismal" or implying a lack of fan interest.

you can come up with whatever reasons or excuses why some do and some don't sell out immediately, but except for all of the most popular members (where it will always be all-out war) we really don't know the balance of whether it's unreasonably too many available, low demand overall, too expensive, suffering from the tariff shitshow, etc.

eg, Chloe's final anniversary limited never sold out despite many of her gachis buying 5-10 sets, she just set the limit so high, she stated, so that it would never sell out (i have no idea why she didn't just do unlimited, but it was a cute gesture)

Her mom being french has been brought up indirectly several times. Mostly from her early Karaokes where she got French song recs from her mom. In a GAGA collab that her mom doesn't really speak English. Also on the May 26th yapping stream she said her grandparents called each other mon chéri.

Regardless of if she's more French or German, I think it's cool that there's confusion. I've been learning some world history in my free time and I've mostly been interested in Prussia's eventual transformation into Germany. Knowing that Germany took a chunk of France back then makes me look at CC and think "wow, she might be a descendant of folks from that area".
