What went wrong?, her debut and taking a break during the first month, then being boring, annoying and not offering anything different... To finally be the ONE only holo who wasn't at fest, and lastly homocollabing while blocking and kicking everyone who didn't agree with it and using collabs for weeks to avoid backlash.

She got into holo only for the money and couldn't be more obvious.

There is a reason why she was fading into obscurity despite being one of the OG Vtubers. She should have retired but instead she joined Hololive because I suspect her friends asked her to. Which worked out for them because now the money she makes goes to commissioning them for her projects and membership content. On top of that she gives them exposure and recommends them to other Holos.
She doesn't have anything else going on for her outside of Hololive. She gave up on being a doctor and her goal in life boils down to getting married to someone that will let her sit at home so she can make videos and masturbate to her anime husbandos. She tried three different times before to become relevant and failed. Meanwhile she got lapped three time by a little blue gremlin that barely streams.
Hololive has given her a fanbase the size she has never seen before. She wont graduate, she will stay and milk it for as long as possible collecting money for herself and her friends. She has no passion for this, she will just go through the motions until they kick her out or she is no longer capable of streaming/performing.

I think part of it comes from her appearance not matching what people expect her to sound/act like on a first impression. In my opinion she kinda gives the edgy, creepy/yandere girl vibes with her appearance, but often times she's more chaotic/silly instead. Yeah, I think the same. With her financial situation, she’ll probably stick around as long as possible. Her fanbase might be on the smaller side for EN, but they’re really dedicated. She’s pretty good at keeping a work-life balance too, so I can see her doing this for a long time
