Well you can use Nvidia face tracking with a webcam which makes face tracking very close to using an iphone and Nvidia cards have nvidia specific codes for encoding as well as noise cancellation too. It's a lot of benefits for streaming, 1070 at this point is over 8 years old I think, It's easy to see why it's struggling. Try aiming for anything above 3060 for a proper upgrade otherwise you're gonna be quickly outdated.
