New general idea: /anon/ general, for a streamer called anon and ‘friends’ of that streamer. Define ‘friend’ as someone who the anon streamer has collabed with in the last 3 months, in case we get new schizos that we need to phase out.
Make a throwaway streamer account (let’s call it ‘AnnieMouseVT’ as an example) that has any model and use TTS only. Make /anon/ general: a thread focused on that streamer and ‘friends of’ that/those streamer. /wool/ did this, allowing friends of sheep-themed vtubers to be posted and thus on topic.
AnnieMouse would collab with non-schizos solely using TTS, protecting their identity. Technically the people they collab with would be on-topic.

If you were actually corpo you'd already know the answer to that. A debut matters as much as the existing anticipation for that debut. If you throw a party and nobody is on the guest list, you're going to have a discouraging party. If you don't have a groundswell of at least some hype going into your debut then you're better off either doing some pre-debut networking to build hype or just start creating content and build to a later celebration of some type in its place.

Debut does matter as it builds up hype. But plenty of people do actually stream first then do a "Debut" event when their model is finished, this is mainly due to the fact most aspies are people who have never done streaming much less content creation, so lowering the bar of entry from "Have to commission a model, layout, bunch of assets, etc." to "Just go live" helps a lot of aspies feel less pressure about trying to start at all.

The validation given to premium accounts is higher, the trust is better, the chances of getting more interactions (not good or bad ones, just more) increases (because verifieds interact more with other verifieds), the exposure if you are getting part of those impressions from replying increases.
