Pretty much anything recent-ish that isn't realism slop. And I'd avoid V-pred.
It's a matter of preference but Epsilon is far more consistent and can do dark gens too.
Just set it to most downloaded for the last month and you should get mostly good ones. Some have strong inherent styles, some are good for putting your own styles in. Should be easy to tell from the previews.

Yeah vpred tends to burn easier and usually needs something to keep it in check. I haven't used CFG++ much but as far as I know it needs really small cfg (1-2) to work properly otherwise it burns. I heard people CFG++ work better on vpred models but I haven't tested it really to say one way or another but no can use the sampler on both vpred and eps.

First of all, keep in mind the whole V-pred vs EPS thing is entirely based on feelings. There is no objective final judgement.
Early on EPS had noticeable limitations in performing dark gens (think night time gens).
So V-pred was tried and it did have deeper colors in ideal conditions and did dark gens a lot easier.
It also looked noticeably scratchier even on perfect settings. Early on you could always tell when it was a v-pred gen.
Fast forward to now and both methods have improved a lot. I think pretty much all V-pred models (other than base models) now have some EPS in them to stabilize them.
EPS models on the other hand can do dark gens and have better colors, plus support LoRas for lighting.
My impression at this point is that EPS can do what V-pred does, without the (lessened now) drawbacks. Some LoRas also don't work well on V-pred (I think it's tied to how much EPS they mix into the V-pred models).
So if you use V-pred you're taking a few negatives for no real reason.

vpred is good, just that base Noob vpred is slightly broken due to a decision made early during its training

you can either use style loras trained properly (like this one https://civitai.com/models/723360?modelVersionId=1894342)
or use models that have finetuned it (like ChromaYume/IllumiYume, MiaoMiao Harem, T-noobnai3, Orange_Flavored_NAI, LS Tiro XL )
or try some of the stabilizer loras

eps has inherent limitations that will always be obvious once you notice it

that said, most loras here are made for Illu v0.1, so it depends on your priorities ultimately

The EPS tends to add random jank into the image that you didn't really ask for or just not listen like the black one. That being said it;s not something you feel since rng is the name of the game, but if you use vpred for a while and switch to eps again it hits you like a brick kek.
That being said EPS is a lot more creative because of this and does considerably better backgrounds with minimal prompting, on vpred good backgrounds are tough without paragraphs of tags.

Anyway,
Tested a recent V-pred model. Didn't have the white dots on the black outputs.
For green, both EPS and V-pred had fairly pallid outputs (unlike yours).
I picked up an older prompt of mine and replaced the background with "simple bright vibrant green background" and got picrel on my EPS model, which does look a bit more vibrant than my earlier tests both on EPS and V-pred.
So I don't know. It's vague. Seems very model (and seed) dependant with maybe random unexpected influences from the prompt. It's probably true for more.... I don't know how to call them... models that are closer to the original V-pred model?
But those have their share of issues and complexities.
Ultimately EPS models are a lot better at dark gens than they used to be, which was the main big draw of V-pred I think.

Oh, I'm not the original anon just a different VPred using anon. The glow was up near the top of her ahoge. I prefer vpred just because it feels easier to use and more consistent for me once you've got it whipped into shape than equivalent eps models. Also occasionally I need transparent gens and being able to get actual solid colored backgrounds without little weird-shaped gremlins popping up in the background is very useful.
