Help is what I need but that's not going to do it.

I been hardstuck lately in my MR so im going to try something new:

I will practice one thing and one thing only: I noticed most of the times i getting hit is because either i failed an anti air or because I failed to check a drive rush. Despite practicing every so often I am also rotating between several drills and I think that hasn't been consolidated.
I therefore I have created the simplest of drills: One record jump foward, one record drive rush.
The objective is to be able to do 100 in a row before this day next month.
The beginner practices until he gets it right, the master practices until he cannot get it wrong.
The focus should be absolute: nothing but this until the goal is achieved.
I just read a book called zen and the art of archery, which inspired the tennis book shimada keeps reading, and it seems that first I must learn to let go of the self before anything else. This is the true objective of this training.
So far my best discovery is that if I force myself to try to think on a second language my head thinks thinking is too much work and it rather shuts up and begins to sing Uma Musume OP 3.

In any case, a new Jury diary begins now. Wish me luck fig

Dunno if Im getting better, but i ended up using cr mp to check an anti air today like i do with drive rushes so maybe im actually getting worse

On the very least im checking the drive rushes in casual matches now so thats good.
I can do around 12 checks in a row now, but its still very variable. I need to increase 3 per day to be able to hit my 100 goal

Because I was trying to clip jumps with cr.mp, expecting a drive rush, i decided to instead intensify the amounts of jumps, so in the record I increased the jump ratio 2-1.
After a couple of days I think I am able to reach the point where my hands do the anti air on their own. I no longer need to think about it.
As I said I was reading the book of Zen and the art of archery and im trying some concepts from there: It says that you should be "surprised" by the releasing of the arrow, meaning it should be down unconsciously - what inner game of tennis calls self 2.
So in the drill I try to relax as much as possible and just keep my eyes on the enemy. While during drive rushes the hands do not move without me telling them to do so, ironically they do on the jumps, perhaps because they are slower.
This just means I should now return to the 1:1 ratio, and wait to see if I can check drive rushes the way I can check jumps.

I watched a few of Tier videos (coached by Dogura and Acqua) and it's pretty much come down to playing simpler. Genuinely I think as long as people don't rush me down like crazy and drain my gauge then I can win because people can't figure how to deal with cancel rush command throw and they are always pressing something instead of just block when down.

About two days ago I changed the training exercise yet again: I decoded to go back even further and do a practice of anti airing with psycocrusher and checking rush with standing light.
I did one practice in the morning and one before sleep.
I decided to do a bit of ranked today and for some reason today i won 8 times in a row, and
had several streaks, defeating even ultimate masters. I climbed all the way to grand master.

So that was it huh. Check drive rush, check jumps, and you win. There was nothing else
