I mean, even Gura would only pull ~300k vods from 4 million subscribers for a percentage of 7.5%
To use a lower example, Mumei would pull ~80-100k VODS which put her at roughly 10% of her sub count, Mori the same for about 4%, Justice VODs are much the same and so average out at ~25%, and even FWMC have VOD views in line with the rest of EN at the same amount, leaving them at 5%
Then you also have to account for viewer churn, the fact that not everyone watches everything, etc. and it's a wonderful statistical headache (but a fun one, if you're into actual charting)
