Being dev_is doesn't allow for that. She HAS TO take part in the group activities whether she wants to or not, which is entirely the reason why she got suspended.
She will come back when she says she's ready to join those activities again, and if it begins to look like she has no intention of doing things with ReGloss she will probably be forced to graduate.

I'm pretty sure the only reason she hasn't been fired yet is because of Marine.
Marine tweeted out that something she worried about involving management got resolved recently. Ao is probably getting special treatment because of her.
