NTA but here's a pretty good example of what production costs are like without a corpo behind you. Doki's AX concert cost around 48k for just the production.
This isn't counting counting flights, dance/singing lessons, etc. and just for the production itself, which will increase as she's going to add a few more songs. (The AX concert only had 7)
On top of this, apparently this is CHEAP for a concert, and one of her friends in the field said that it's common to pay double that.
This idiot paid for the entire thing herself to put on a show for her fans, but for something bigger scale like a typical Holo concert you can imagine that number to inflate massively unless you get some big sponsors.
