They are also kinda unique cases. Pikamee was everyone's darling and she outgrew her tiny corpo. Niji was actively on fire when Mika left and she hopped on with Mata. We aren't getting picks like them again. Anybody else that has graduated since either isnt close with Vshojo, aren't good picks, or are so good they dont need Vshojo. The closest we got was a possibility with Mint, but that ship is long gone. There aren't gonna be easy pickings like that anymore.

Why not? He barely gets any viewers from the VShojo community, and he rarely gets raids from the girls anymore. His core community would follow him regardless of his association with VShojo. He’s fairly isolated from the rest of the group. His closest friend in the group, Michi, doesn’t interact with him much on stream and her viewers wouldn’t be interested in seeing that anyway because he’s male. She also overlaps his stream time. He doesn’t get clipped by VShojo fan channels because he’s male, and clips are a large part of how vtuber fans with lives consume content. If he had went from Niji to indie instead of to another org, some of his old fans wouldn’t have felt betrayed and would have continued following him. In VShojo, he’s the lone male that people overlook, and there’s no one for him to bounce off of besides in the once in a blue moon VShojo large group collabs.

While Henya and Michi are arguably two talents that have been pretty good so far and have help the brand, it's also attributed to the way they are, both depend on the brand despite the fact they are worth so much more. More talents (not only on VShojo btw) are realizing that corpos don't really offer much as many think, and they are worth more than those corpos. Hence, why most 4views or excorpos don't even try to join it, instead they make their own team or join something less "group" branded to build off more THEMSELVES, see picrel with Limes explaining it.
Talented 1-3views, don't know their worth yet, they can be easily exploded like Henya and Michi are, their lack of knowledge of the community behind the scenes forces them to work together, and sooner and later this helps build the group. We go back to the NOVAs, them solely have been working around to make VShojo JP a thing, they go into radio programs, they do collabs between them, they are doing deals, etc.
That's the talents you need in the long run, not excorpos that soon will realize that VShojo is fucking useless.
