Holos splitting Youtube profit with the company sounds great, but then they are expected to "give it back to fans" by spending their share on lives, originals, large-scale projects and so on. I think I have seen a couple of clips of talents talking how they spent more than they had on hands on some project, borrowing from Cover to pay back with future earnings.
