It looks like youtube changed how views count on youtube videos. They haven't announced anything (they're also not denying any changes), but it seems like the system of 'watch the video enough and your view counts' system has changed to 'only people who like/comment/subscribe have their views counted'. It also seems to penalize you in the algorithm if your viewers are "passive" (ie. didn't click like, didn't comment, didn't subscribe). This is supposed to combat clickbait but would certainly negatively affect music focused channels. This would neatly explain such a precipitous drop in views all of a sudden.

I think it's pretty likely your views count, it's just that so much of an MVs views are going to be the algorithm putting it in front of casuals (whose views now no longer count) and Hololive/vtuber fans who are "watching" music playlists while doing work or other things on their PC. Hell, the MV only has 12K likes so there might be Soratomos who forgot to click like that aren't having their views counted either.
