Back then, 3D content aside Lazulight 3D debuts was not available so Pomu chose to leave simply because Anycolor refused to give her opportunities to perform as 3D idol fairy + the NijiEN concert cancellation. But after the Selen nuke, Riku realized that he could not let the branch implodes itself to the public so he "patched" it by spamming 3D content and heavily promoting it to the japs

Mint basically has outdated infos that it is easy for sisters to debunk. If you want to diss Niji in an effective way, use the grads and dramas post-Selen, because it's clear Anycolor only chose the temporary option and basically try to milk every last drop of relevancy until the reports proved otherwise. If NijiEN revenue continues to decline even when BtB revenue is accounted for, Anycolor will start doubting its value, and that's no good for NijiEN

Anon, for over a year, the only people to ever have 3D were lazulight. And of them, Pomu's model and rig was dogshit and clearly lower quality than the other two. And even then, they refused to apply a 2 second fix (delete the wings) up until she graduated and instead just banned her from using Home3D.

The only thing they ever had to "reshoot" was the AR live because they sat on it for over a year. The 3Ds were clearly cobbled together in a few months at most to save face.

Niji has the slight upper hand when it comes to tracking and rigging compared to holo, specially for home 3D streams, hands movement is on point, not limited to a toggled, preset animation like hololive does. Face and mouth tracking is slightly better as well.

It's with the lighthing, shaders and overall model and stream video quality during 3D lives and concerts where they fuck it up, their studio and equipment is still older (and probably smaller) than Cover's at the end of the day.
