There are several twitchtubers that are like that. I can't really recall any big names besides ironmouse though. Most either stream by themselves or with other vtubers (female).

The primary sticking point is the content itself of course. The attraction is the most important part, and the audience won't show up for things they aren't attracted too. If the attraction isn't there then the viewership isn't there.
