Could be better but I swing between 162-168 on average.

Same here, alcohol is the one high calorie thing I can't bring myself to cut out. I'd recommend experimenting with weed and kratom if it's legal where you are, I find that for me kratom gives a similar sort of buzz to alcohol but usually has less calories. Harder to find tho.

Been having only lunch for over a month and slowly seeing some results. I've done this a few times before and it usually works pretty well, and then I get fat again in about a year or two because of my sedentary lifestyle. Soon I'll be able to catch and rape Ui.

I've stayed at 195 to 200 for a year. Some time pants with get way too lose but they haven't gotten tighter since I was a neet 2 years ago. Surprisingly I have gotten tired of hamburger steak and salad. Ramping up how much I cycle and riding long routes super fast helped me develop more leg muscle. Not sure how to eat even less without falling asleep and being drained at work

Down 19lbs this year, have been aiming for 4lb/month and instead hitting 3lb/month. Can kind of see my abs in the morning when I'm freshly dehydrated. I'll be done when I lose about another 15lbs give or take, so just by the end of the year at the current rate.

I love all the responses that say "cut obviously calorie filled junk" but never any from people who got fat eating too much chicken and rice. Yes we exist and there isnt any easy "oh just cut x bro an you'll drop 20 pounds before you know it". We have to actually pay attention to lose weight, no shortcuts

I went to the doctor around July of last year and weighed in at 230 lbs. In January of this year I was at 190. I didn't even exercise at all, I just started to control my eating.
Offkai played no small part in motivating me. I really didn't wanna look like a fat slob when I met my wife there.
I've really been letting myself go in these past few weeks though, I'm back up to 199. Some of the discounts I get on doordash are just way too tempting. I've tried canceling my dashpass but that just led to me spending more money. I've got to lock back in.

just eat less chicken and rice. i know people who eat plenty of healthy foods and barely any unhealthy foods, but they consume monstrous portion sizes with frequent meals and snacks. I am taller than them, yet eat less food. every body is different but as a general rule, if you are eating the same amount of food as someone taller than you expect to end up comparatively more fat

Pretty good, about 6 weeks of 5-7 days per week of going to the gym, and adding a lot more fish, chicken, fruits, vegetables and whole-grain foods to my diet, and cutting down on sweets and stuff. Trying to maintain a 5-700kcal/day cut to not crash diet, and maintain energy levels, satisfaction and muscle definition while still losing weight (~7500kcal/kg lost)

It was actually my oshi who got me back into fitness after I lost my momentum due to an injury and some amount of depression.
