Trying to maintain a 5-700kcal/day cut to not crash diet, and maintain energy levels, satisfaction and muscle definition while still losing weight (~7500kcal/kg lost)
It was actually my oshi who got me back into fitness after I lost my momentum due to an injury and some amount of depression.
