What's your standard of proof? What would you define as proof in this case?

For example, checking the names of the officers/dispatchers/call takers involved, some can be easily found to exist by searching, some can't, with various amounts of info. If faked, people usually go one way or another, either making everything up or picking only searchable, real names. This kind of messiness in the data looks true to life.
