He is just like Arin from Game Grumps, thinks it'd be cool to be a girl, but doesn't wanna actually take hormones and go through that whole process.
Chances are, even if he did press the button to become a girl, he'd probably regret it after a while and miss being a man. Because he has no gender dysphoria.

I saw a thing once where a person was going into massive debt because they were basically addicted to the feeling of dropping insane gifts and streamer/chat losing their shit, even though they really couldn't afford to keep doing that and their offline life was a mess. That's always in the back of my mind now as a possibility. Someone who gifts big might be successful and generous, they might be so rich it doesn't even mean anything to them, they might be "average" but willing to sacrifice a bit and scrape something together to help someone out, or they might be batshit insane and financially bleeding out. You never know.
