A certain event is approaching in about 2 weeks, and we wanted to ask you guys about a potential change in our team logo. We received a potential revised design from a group of anons and we wanted to see what other people thought about it. Included is a poll on whether the board wants to use this new logo, or stay with our old logo.

the blue isn't light enough, and the yellow is too orange.
those feel like boy colors, not men, but not feminine/girly.

idk, unless they're going for an assertive image, that color scheme just doesn't feel right.
i could be wrong, though.

test the color scheme independently of the design on individuals that haven't seen the logo, and ask them what they think of that color scheme, if it fits with the theme of the even you're planning, then ignore my schizo ramblings, if it doesn't, try a different color scheme.

The reason for these colors is that it's a revamp of the old logo. I've stated this previously, but I'll state it again, a completely new logo WAS in the works, but it's now in development hell. Revamping the old design was the best compromise and stopgap solution we had available to us.

I think the hololive capri blue is not bad, and should be dominant. But it's somewhat minimalistic. It needs a little more depth, not complexity.

Here are preliminary results, updated results with all failed verification results removed will be forthcoming.

37 Votes for the New Logo, and there were 10 for the old logo
Of those 37, 22 voted for Wing Design A, and 13 voted for Design B, and 2 were fine with either.
Of the 15 people that were given the question regarding two tone or unshaded wings for Wing Design B, 7 voted for two toned wings, 6 voted for unshaded wings, and 1 was fine with either.

With those numbers out of the way, we had a total of 10 responses fail verification, of those 10, 6 voted for the new design, and 4 voted for the old design.

With that in mind, the new logo is officially adopted. The original design that was voted on for the new logo and wing design A has multiple changes based on feedback that we have received through the poll. The final logo that we are going with will look most similarly to pic related.

I hope the voting process was as simple as possible and the added transparency during voting was appreciated.
